Every property and every client is different. We work with homeowners and their design team to build custom homes that fit the site, the plans, and the way the client wants to live. Our team stays involved throughout the process, including preconstruction planning, budgeting, selections, scheduling, field coordination, and construction.
Additions & Renovations:
Major renovations and additions often require as much planning and coordination as new construction. Racer works carefully with existing homes to create new spaces that feel connected to the original structure while addressing the client's current needs. Our work may include major additions, whole-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, structural changes, exterior improvements, and other significant updates.
Other major residential projects:
Racer also takes on larger standalone residential projects such as pool houses, carriage houses, detached garages, screened living spaces, guest homes, and other substantial accessory structures. These projects receive the same level of planning, coordination, and attention as our larger home-building and renovation work.
